Sizes are snug, form fitting & sexy. In general the taller or heavier you are order larger sizes. The fabric stretches for a snug look that compliments your curves so when ordering larger they will never be baggy, but will provide more coverage. Order a size or two, smaller for an extra Hot Pant look. But please keep in mind we have not adapted to Big Box Store sizing. If used to purchasing Extra Smalls at a big box store you probably need a small or medium depending on your height. Please feel free to contact us about sizing before or after ordering.

I've long been a fan of boy shorts - they're sporty, sexy in a kind of 'tomboy' way, and they allow you to move without thangs ridin' up, etc. Well, imagine boy shorts knit from the softest, lightest, coziest, most gently-stretchy fabric that cuddles your hot cross buns in the most loving way, and you've got these lucsious low-rise stretch knit shorts pegged. I like to do yoga in them in the morning, when my apartment is chilly but my body is gonna get hot soon enough - they keep you cozy where you need it most, but leave you feeling sexy wrather than bulkily bundled. They're also great for lounging around the house without feeling like a couch potato - maybe more like a couch bon bon! Tres chic. And they go grrrreeeeat! with KD's thigh high leg warmers...Did somebody say, "Roller Rink?!"...

I bought this for my girl friend and must say it looks awesome on her. She comments on the softness of the materials and it looks well made from what I saw. Fit was nice and snug as expected.
She is a size medium and I purchased the medium as well. From the amount of stretch I saw, I guess even a size small could have fit her so their recommendation to get a smaller size for a sexy fit is good.

kd dance shorts are very comfortable and hold up very well..even with many washes so far..i was looking for a more form fitting short that was comfortable and of good quality, and these shorts definetley are.

This item is perfect! I ordered the shorts in black as a size small. I'm 5'8" and I'm pretty skinny (size 0/1), and the small fits great! Also, I got the shorts one week after I ordered them which is pretty good. The shorts are very comfortable and stay in place. The material is fabulous... I just may have to get some more! Thanks for the great product!

I continue to be completely satisfied with KD Dance attire having purchased yet another high quality garment from them. Their clothing is well made and super comfy. I love the stretch in the fabric of these shorts. Since they are knit they breathe well but are also nice and thick so they aren't cold either. I use them to sleep in because they're super comfortable but i could totally workout in them too. I ordered an XL because their garments tend to run small (I wear a size medium in yoga pants at Victoria's Secret if that helps). I like that these aren't so low rise that they reveal "more" than they should. The way they are knit at the top there is a soft stretchy ridge that keeps them from sliding down allowing you to make them low rise or mid rise and they stay put! (I think that might be my favorite feature) Also I didn't find these shorts to be shear whatsoever as another reviewer stated, but maybe they would appear that way if I bought a smaller size. I'm so glad I ordered these shorts as opposed to some of the cheaper ones on the market. They fit like a glove; a nice comfy, quality knit glove. The fabric, knit, style and overall design of these shorts scream quality while being very affordable and sexy to boot! I've said it before, I'll say it again... buy anything from KD Dance, you won't be disappointed!
